The regular Physical Theatre classes in Barcelona offer you the potential of a deeper exploration and transformation through a continual working process. Their transdisciplinary and anthropological approach makes them a great setting to investigate and merge forms of acting, movement, dance and performance from different styles and cultures.
Physical training will help you to get in touch intensively with your body and to explore it as an instrument of creation throughout the course. Working with new parameters of movement, you can free your body from old habits and concepts to access its full potential of expression.
Emotional interpretation is another strong focus of the classes. Using a physical approach, you can work on unblocking, experiencing and expressing real emotions. As those do not depend on a concrete situation or a psychological cause, you can use them - once mastered - as an all-purpose tool for artistic communication.
In the different courses you can familiarize yourself with a wide variety of tools and at the same time with ways to go beyond them. The purpose of the physical-emotional work is to allow the internal world to be expressed freely through the body, creating a new unique and sincere reality.
